At Moon Pod, we want you to experience ultimate weightless relaxation; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 365 days of delivery. All returns must be in original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.
Prepare the Package
Carefully deflate your Moon Pod if necessary and place it back into its original protective shipping box with all tags attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand off your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
